Intellectual Property
All digital infrastructure, architectures, algorithms, source code (including but not limited to the "Project Matrix" dashboard, automation APIs, and experimental tech), and branding assets hosted on the Virenesis main domain and its subdomains remain the exclusive Intellectual Property (IP) of the Virenesis parent entity. Unauthorized duplication, reverse engineering, or commercial redistribution of these core systemic tools is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.
"The Lab" Experimental Tools
Tools hosted under the "Virenesis Lab" segment (such as Google Antigravity integrations, generative composition tools, or Alpha/Beta software) are provided "AS-IS". By accessing these tools, you acknowledge they are experimental in nature. Virenesis assumes no liability for data loss, service interruptions, or unexpected outputs resulting from the use of Lab infrastructure.
Subdomain Autonomy
Virenesis operates commercial subsidiaries (e.g., Khamba Travel and Tours). The specific Terms and Conditions regulating those distinct services (such as travel bookings, cancellations, and financial liabilities) govern your use of those specific subdomains. This document governs ONLY the parent domain and the overarching technical ecosystem.
